I’m currently trying to build links for my website. I want to know what is appropriate time to look for contact information of the other website?

One of the best ways to find the contact information of a specific company is to research it on their own website and look through the footer. Otherwise, your social media manager can probably help you identify how to get in touch with them by following accounts they already share content from.
