I’m currently trying to build links for my website. I want to know what is appropriate time to look for contact information of the other website?

One of the best ways to find the contact information of a specific company is to research it on their own website and look through the footer. Otherwise, your social media manager can probably help you identify how to get in touch with them by following accounts they already share content from. Typically, you will want to do link research when considering guest posting for another site or submitting content if there's a specific reason that you would like them to see it- generally either if they're part on an industry or category where you may be able to make connections, have shared some similar content that is worth sharing back as a courtesy, or simply won some sort of contest with them (in this case don't be afraid of asking for something more
