I have used Candid Content in the past and they’ve delivered stellar content for me.
They use Indian writers who are great at research (trained for on-page SEO too) and U.S native English speaking editors to make sure the content quality is top notch. They can also probably use SurferSEO for advance optimisations if you need, but I’m not sure.
