I have listed my business in GMB and a known person keeps on accessing ownership for this account. Even if I reject, he gets access to the account. How can I prevent it?

As far as I know you can’t prevent this. Keep rejecting. It’s annoying but all you can do unless anyone else know. If they are accessing your account change password and put two factor authentication on
