This is what they mentioned.   "We noticed that you are not using tags associated with your store in any of the Amazon Special Links you have created on your website. As a result of this, we were unable to determine the source of traffic. This is in violation of our Program Policies."   I am an affiliate for Amazon US (since 2019). So not sure what I did wrong with Canada.

The best way to fix this issue is, identify your top posts that are ranking on top in Canada, and replace the tags with amazon Canada tags in those posts. Amazon crawlers will detect the Canada tags when they crawl your site. As you are using onelink, even if the user clicks from US, there won't be any issue.
