My site was running Google ads normally. I linked it to a new Adsense account, and I got this message! However, all the stated points are irrelevant! We publish only high-quality content, written by our team, with a minimum of 600 words per article! Can you please tell me what I should do in order to get my site accepted for the Adsense ads again?

I think you need to get a second opinion and let somebody else do a site audit, because it's not just quality content in terms of written content they are also pointing out technical issues with the site. So there's tech SEO involved here. But I can't know for sure unless I were to do an audit on your site. And yes tech SEO is a solution a lot of times when apparently the search engine bots are having trouble understanding what they're looking at. If like you say what they should be seeing is great.
