Tags page ( page 1 ) and tags achieve page ( page 2 3 etc ) are similar to category. noindex mean google crawlers will still crawl the page but will not index the tag page into serp. The crawler will go from this page to other pages via internal links. nofollow mean google crawlers will crawl the page but will not crawl deeper into all internal links that you have. From this screenshot, you have "internal links" in menu, footer widgets, image ( if clickable ), blog title, pagination. Technically small sites, don't use tags, will have many problems unless you know what you are doing. Hope this help.
